Doveland High School proudly hosted its 8th Inter-House Sports Competition on Saturday, 7th March 2026, at the Hockey Pitch, Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja.

With the inspiring theme “Exceeding Expectations,” the event brought together students, staff, and parents for a vibrant display of talent, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The day was filled with exciting track and field events, enthusiastic cheers from the stands, and outstanding performances from all participating houses.

Our students demonstrated discipline, resilience, and unity, making the competition both thrilling and memorable. Beyond the contests, the event fostered camaraderie and strong school spirit, truly reflecting the core values we uphold at Doveland.

The event was distinguished by the presence of the Chairman, Board of Governors, Doveland Group of Schools, Engr. (Dr.) Johnny Obinna Chukwu, alongside the Executive Director, Dr. (Mrs.) Justina Ulunma Chukwu (FNAE), whose attendance greatly enriched the significance of the occasion.

A key highlight of the opening ceremony was the ceremonial lighting of the Olympic Torch by the Executive Director, Dr. (Mrs.) Justina Ulunma Chukwu (FNAE), representing resilience, determination, and the relentless pursuit of excellence.
