On Tuesday, 30th September 2025, Doveland High School proudly celebrated Nigeria’s 65th Independence Anniversary in grand style at the Covenant Hall.

The colourful event showcased the rich cultural diversity and unity of our great nation as students and staff came together to honour Nigeria’s heritage and achievements. The celebration featured inspiring speeches, cultural displays, drama presentations, traditional dances, and musical performances — all reflecting our students’ creativity, patriotism, and pride in being Nigerian.

In his remarks, the CHIEF (DR) MRS. JUSTINA ULUNMA CHUKWU (FNAE), Executive Director, Doveland Group of Schools commended the students for their enthusiasm and reminded everyone of the importance of integrity, unity, and hard work in building a greater nation.

At Doveland, we believe that true education includes instilling love for country, appreciation of culture, and commitment to national development.

As we mark 65 years of nationhood, we reaffirm our belief that the future of Nigeria is bright — and that today’s Doveland students are tomorrow’s nation-builders.
