Doveland Charity Foundation Relaunches: Planting Seeds of Change, Growing a Legacy of Impact
On Saturday, November 1, 2025, the Doveland Charity Foundation (DCF) proudly marked a new beginning with its official relaunch ceremony held at Doveland Hall, Abuja. The event, themed “Planting Seeds of Change, Growing a Legacy of Impact,” brought together dignitaries, widows, school children, and well-wishers to celebrate the Foundation’s renewed commitment to transforming lives through education, empowerment, and compassion.
The program commenced with an opening prayer by the Chairman, setting a tone of gratitude and purpose. This was followed by a heartfelt welcome address by the Founder and Executive Director, Dr. (Mrs.) Justina Ulunma Chukwu (FNAE), who reaffirmed the Foundation’s vision to give hope to widows, orphans, and indigent citizens across Nigeria.
Guests were treated to a captivating cultural dance performance by students of Doveland High School, showcasing youthful energy and unity in diversity. The event also featured the introduction of members of the Board of Trustees and Advisory Board, whose expertise and dedication will guide DCF’s humanitarian mission in this new phase.
One of the key highlights of the day was the Apple Tree Donation Fundraising, symbolizing the Foundation’s belief that every act of kindness is a seed capable of growing into a lasting legacy of impact. The atmosphere was filled with joy and gratitude as widows from different locations received gifts, cash donations, and bags of rice, while school children were awarded scholarships to support their educational pursuits.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks, followed by interviews and a post-event photo session, capturing memorable moments of love, laughter, and shared purpose.
